Twill fabric is handwoven with handspun cotton growing in Magwe region in Myanmar. Spinning and weaving are mecanical processes only done by hand. Color comes from natural indigo leaves. Cotton seeds are brushed out of the yarn manually. However, some of them remain in the fabric and are visible.
This blanket is made out two pieces of fabric handstitched together with Chin traditional know-how.
